Qamariya Kitchen in Woodstock, Vermont offers delicious Yemeni, Saudi, Ethiopian, and Moroccan cuisine for pick-up on Saturdays and Sundays only. All of our meals, appetizers, desserts and breads are made entirely from scratch using spices mixed at home and the freshest, most flavorful ingredients.

I began cooking when I was ten years old in Yemen. Each day, as a child, I went to my local market to shop for fresh meat, fish, chicken and vegetables. I was taught by my mother and grandmother to choose the freshest, most beautiful ingredients, mix the spices, and select the most perfect produce. My family is of Yemeni and Ethiopian heritage and I have been preparing traditional cuisines from these and other Middle Eastern and African cultures throughout my life. For me, cooking is an art. Making nourishing food that others find flavorful and delicious brings me great happiness and joy!
